By downloading or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Setshot is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data necessary to provide the service.

2.1 Information You Provide

• Workout data (exercise type, rep count, session duration) stored locally on your device
• Challenge results and personal bests stored locally on your device
• App preferences and settings stored locally on your device

2.2 Camera and Microphone

The App requires access to your device camera and microphone to record workout videos and perform AI-powered rep counting. Camera and microphone data is processed entirely on your device. We do not transmit, store, or access your camera or microphone data on any external server.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

If you subscribe to Setshot Premium, payments are processed through Apple's payment infrastructure (iOS) or Google Play's payment infrastructure (Android). We receive only confirmation of purchase status. We do not collect or store payment card details.

2.4 Analytics and Crash Data

We may collect anonymous usage data and crash reports through Apple's built-in analytics (on iOS, if you have opted in to share data with app developers) and Google Play's built-in analytics (on Android). This data does not include personally identifiable information and is used solely to improve the App.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App
• Process subscription payments through Apple's App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
• Respond to your requests or questions
• Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve user experience
• Send important notices about the App (such as required updates)

4. Data Storage

All workout data, statistics, and personal records are stored locally on your device using the device's secure local storage. We do not operate cloud servers that store your personal workout data.

Videos recorded through the App are stored in your device's app storage. You may export them to your Photos library or share them at your discretion.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Apple Inc. (iOS): For App Store distribution, in-app purchases, and crash analytics
• Google LLC (Android): For Google Play distribution, in-app purchases, and crash analytics
• Legal requirements: If required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. Your Rights

We do not collect or store any personal data about you on our servers. All workout data, videos, and preferences are stored exclusively on your device. You are in full control of your data at all times — you can delete it at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data in your device Settings.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. All data is stored within the device's secure sandboxed environment. Video files are stored in the App's private Documents directory and are not accessible to other apps without your explicit sharing action.

However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification or forced update screen. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.
